2. Individuals must be a current member of MGA.
3. Individuals must be a Center for Guardianship Certification (CGC) National Certified or Master Guardian. (visit www.guardianshipcert.org – Center for Guardianship Certification link for details)
4. Individuals must be willing to have an address and phone number on the MGA website.
5. Individuals must list the counties or regions in which they are willing to provide service.
6. Individuals may list areas of specialization or types of cases preferred, i.e., dementia, developmentally disabled, traumatic brain injury, etc.
1Organizational members may list up to the number of individuals within their membership level.
Failure to maintain National Certified or Master Guardian certification (regardless of the reason) or failing to renew membership in MGA will result in an individual’s name being removed from the resource list.
